Mentioning wrong address in the second appeal

dear members,

Please help me in the matter. I won a civil appeal in High court wherein my address was given in the appeal . The against party placed a second appeal in the double Bench against decision of the first appeal where in I was the appealant. In the second appeal  they misrepresented my address maliciously so that I can not receive the notices and they get the appeal decided ex-party in their favour. Is it any provision to place the matter before the court and what type of relief I can get from the court.

The exparte order cannot be passed by the court just like that without the court satisfying itself about sufficient service of summons moreover the court will find that the address mentioned in the first appeal differs to that of the second appeal, it may raise a query, however you be watchful.

Is there no any provision for misguiding the court, by mentioning different  address of the oposit party.
