I had filed a Contempt writ petition in Mumbai hogh court on October, 2015 which got listed in April, 2016. The case was assigned to a two Judge bench in 2019. Based on my age (70) the casewas mentioned about 3 months back and I was expecting hearing. But I am told hat its not happenning as the judges in the bench which deliverd the judgement (in 2008 based on which the writ is now filed) is no longer in service. Is it true? According to me mentioing requires the present Judges assigned the case should hear the case?
