Mental agony and harassment

Can I file a case for the mental agony and harassment  caused to me by my colleagues for the allegations which is not yet proved?

For any allegations on others, evidence is required. Without evidence either in the form of writing, phtos,audio recording etc. no allegations will consider under the law.

Without evidence for the so called alleged nuisances/mental agonies, you will stand losing your ground and in fact your complaint will not be entertained.  So from now on, please gather all the evidences in the form recording it through mobile, or through any other source so that at one stage you can initiate appropriate action to book the culprits.
