How do we tackle such gross medical negligence that goes on in routine mnner playing with the lives of the patients? I am of the view that Consumer Court alone is not sufficient as life can not be measured with monetary compensation alone.

in addition to claim before consumer forum, criminal case u/s 304-A  can also be prosecuted.

this growing menace of medical negligence can not be eradicated without making mass more educated and only by penal measures.
