Marriage validation according to hindu act

Be practical...it is not good to take any decision in haste. What if some decision makes someone life safe and secure. Is marriage of a guy is possible with that girl who is his niece in relation from maternal side , means, that girl is daughter of his mother sister daughter's(मौसी की बेटी की बेटी )?

Marriage in prohibited relations might be possible if there exists a custom that has attained legal sanction.

Spinda relationship is banned under hma

"Sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is to be counted as the first generation.

Two persons are said to be "sapindas" of each other if one is a lineal ascendant of the other within the limits of "sapinda" relationship, or if they have a common lineal ascendant who is within the limits of "sapinda" relationship with reference to each of them.

Example

For example, if the bride is the offspring of any person within five generations (inclusive) on the groom's father's side and three generations (inclusive) on the groom's mother's side, or vice versa, they will be referred to as "sapindas" of each other. In these cases, the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955 bars marriage between two Hindus.

how it is sapinda relationship in this case? If you consider from guy side then there we take reference to maternal grand mother as a first generation and that girl become fourth in lineal ascent. Then how you say that this sapinda relationship? Kindly clarify me clearly..

You both have common ancestor, thats why you are sapindas.  Such are not legally recognized by HMA 1955. You are brother and sister.  Its in real shame to marry like this.  Brother sister marriage were done by stone age people where relatioships were not recognized at all.  But we have moved and evolved long away from stone age.  It is illegal to marry and ethically also not correct.  Further children born out of such wedlock are born with genetic anomalies like brain dead, physically handicapped, born without sight. etc. Beware nature.  x and x not allowed as per nature.

Only, if there exists a custom that has attained legal sanction...........................the marrige is possible in prohibited relations.

However note the social stigma that is attached with such relations.
