I have do love marriage but out side of my district... is it possible?

Get married in Delhi, with official proof of age and official address (anywhere in India) of both parties. The marriage according to Hindu form can even be registered in Delhi after its siolemnisation. You both may be living any where in India can do it here in Delhi.
