Mandotary injuction

Hi ,

I have civil case .There is one feet space left for vasthu beside by house wall.By neigbour tried to encroach the place.

I have filed a case not to encroach .The court has given the status Co.After some time ,the status Co has been cleared and the neighbour has constructed a wall in the  place (1 feet widdth and 30 feet length).I have ammended the petition to grant mandatory injuction to remove the constructed wall.I have produced the evidence that land is mine by means of sale deed documents.I have submited the municipal building plan approval as proof that the land is under my enjoyment. But court has dimissed the petition for granting the mandtory injuction.

Can some one suggest ,how to appeal this case to remove the wall.

Thanks
