Sir,
I am having driving license issued from UP RTO which is going to expire this month [Sept16] end. Now I am working in Rajasthan and can not go to UP to get NOC. Can I apply fresh Driving License in Kota while having old license also. Should I disclose in the form while applying ONLINE for new Learner's License. OR should I wait for old license to expire and then apply. In that case too, should I disclose in the form while applying.
Can you pleae guide me?
