I am the husband taking care of two grown up children boy (14 yrs) girl (17 yrs) in all aspect of daily routine financially and upto their marriage.
Wife filed maintenance from me. she is well qualified post graduate with previous work experience now not working sitting idle. Inspite of my responsibility of taking care of children i am offerring ten lakhs as a permanent settlement to wife. she is demanding around 20 lakhs and above.
I have also filed maintenace against wife on the grounds that male and female are equal before law. and i am taking care of te children and wife should contribute
