Madras High Court Case

[font=""Times New Roman""]Can anyone help me to provide a case in which the [/font][font=""Times New Roman""]Madras High Court has given a judgment against Madras Chamber of Commerce stating that the Chamber was not a directly affected party and hence the Chamber lost the case.[/font]

[font=""Times New Roman""]Further, is the any other similar decision given by the Supreme Court or overuling the judgement of the Madras High Court.[/font]

Can you provide with little ore information? In which subject the judgment was rendered ?

I don't have any other information. However, can the non-affected party file a case on behalf of the affected parties.

Dear Friends

In civil law only "proper and necessary party" can be made party to the suit and none else. In the above case my be the Madras chamber was not the proper and necessary party. So u may refine ur search to who may be the proper and necessary party.
