MNC forcefull termination

hi need advice on filing a lawsuit against my employer for firing me because i married to my indirect reportee. They said you are in leadership role and should have disclosed it. This was my second marriage and because of my personal circumstances I didnt disclosed and was in process of getting my spouse move out to the diffrent organisation. I served this organisation for 13 years and now i am in deep financial crisis.
its been 6 months now for the incidence. I thought i should let it go initially and hunt for new job however after rigouras attempt i failed to get one. I almost have gone bankupt and dont know what to do.
they have taken a written resignation letter on my last day stating that if i do not do so they will state code of conduct issue in my releasing.

I need this forum help. Is it worth fighting for it or should i just give up. Please be real.

This Look like, second marriage, potentially illegal?? Conduct of an employee, definitely a Point for any MNC. I think, you missed / hiding a point.

MNC can releave any one giving a Notice. If they did, then No case at all

If really issue, they removed by wrong point, then definitely, can be sued ( file a case )

With your experience you will get a Job, then u can file.
