Lr petition in ni act complaints

format of petition to be filed in NI Act complaints to implead LRS when the complainant dies after the complaint was taken cognizance

In criminal cases u cannot implead lrs . The case dies with party's death. If their is limit ation u can file civilcase or forget money.
