I am not able to find original Supreme Court Judgement . I have tried SCC and online sources.
Kolte Patil Dev. Ltd. vs. Bhupendra Bhandari, civil appeal No. 8166 of 2014 decided on 8.10.2014 . I am looking for this judgement, but it is not present on the website of the court nor it is present in scc online.
This judgement seems to have been extensively quoted in NCDRC to avoid delay . If someone has the copy of Origina Judgement please do share .

I have talked with a few lawer and they all said find it online they do not have access to it. The one who has latest SCC edition was unable to help as this judgement is not in SCC index last time i checked.
Furthermore I represent my cases by myself , I am not represented by a lawyer.
