Lok adalat decree passed

The testator written the will. The executor probate the will in the court. Subsequently the WILL converted into TOS. All the parties including executor came under compromise.

All benificieries went to lok adalat court for compromise.  Lok adalat issued a award decree.

After one year the executor went to probate court ,to probate the WILL. It is maintainable by law?

If any case is settled in Lok adalat. No appeals be permitted in my opinion.
