Lok adalat-cases under 420

To my above query is section 420 compoundable. If yes, is there any fixed rate of fine for such offense

yes it is compoundable offense. But it be compound on the request of complainant therefore, no question of fine arise to be imposed by court. The court just compound the offense and discharge the accused.
