A widow of freedom Fighter living alone in a village in Tamilnadu. The village is coming under a Panchayat Board. The local body Panchayat Board could not provide sufficient water through public water supply system.
Recently a few weeks back Local Body put up a tap 3 feet below ground level in a pit (for house connection and the public connection as well). Not only the above said widow of freedom fighter suffering due to this, all the people affected in the village. But the villagers are not come forward to fight for their right.
The septugenerian illterate wido of freedom fighter brought this to the district administration but no response.
Local body is saying that this much only they can do.
Please let me know whether this problem could be solved in the court of law .
