A Director of Limited co has mortguaged his agricultural land to bank against the loan of Rs.20.00 lacs taken by a limited company. Government value of land was Rs.2:00 lacs. The company is gone in Liquidation. How to get the Land released from the bank by. Please guide . K.Y. Sawant
