1. What all Renu should point out in her representation and legal notice.
Her slaes performance was low.So was of many SM during the period.hence sales of Branch, Region,Zone, and company.
Can she file complaint in labour court.
Kindly provide links or judgments that she is workman.
If she wins , can the court order reinstatement with full benefits and on old terms and conditions of appointment.
The BM thru his favourite SM's has conveyed verbally to Renu that if she litigates and wins she shall be transferred.
Renu wants to bring it to logical conclusion and being a female at marriagable age wants to win and defend her dignity self respect. What can she do before filing case and during cas and after the case so that she is protected from transfer.
2.(i) Renu does not want to come in picture. Can some NGO, or some social group, or anto corruption group/forum/NGO send complaint to university.
(ii) The company of the complaint to this private University should be marked to whom for example name and address of regulator, government agency,ministry , so that the action is positively taken.

3. The study centre has CCTV installed from entry gate to whole campus but the examination room camera were not working.
