Licensed restaurant next to my house

Hi everyone I request your help that there is a licensed restaurant in my area next to my house in tuglakabad extn. the problem is that the kitchen which is installed with 50 to 60 feet chimneys causes vibration and noise and rotten smell. Let me inform you that I registered the complain to MCD and police. They all are his lap dogs.
