Sir, i need citation for withdrwal to file fresh suit , my prayer was only bare injunction but defendent raise objection they are in the possession before suit was filed the other side came for settlement because they are innocent purchers but no settelment for more than 6 months they knows all the issue in schedule property after that i filed writ petition for cancellation of fabricated document , and cancellation of wrongly given patta and District Registerar conducted enqury and pass order to file F.I.R against those who are created fabricated and fraudulent document, moreover District Revenue Officer cancelled the patta in favour of defendents and issued joint patta in favour of us ,these issue running while suit is still running and I.A. dismissed and other side not allowing to withdrawal to liberty to file fresh suit , i want to go for larger prayer like recovery of possession and declaration with another jurisdiction so kindly advice ........thanks
