My husband sent me a letter from UAE that he has done talak in the presence of two witnesses in UAE and that the letter is to inform me..It was not sent through a registered qazi or the copy of the letter is not sent to the two masjids where the marriage took place.I had already filed a domestic violence and rcr case in which I had stated he would issue me talak at any time..and now in the letter he had stated the reason to talak is because I filed the court case. IS this legally valid??
