Legality related to outside country like iraq

Respected

xyz co of Iraq filed a case on my client in Iraq court. if court gives decision against my client like ordering to pay some amount to xyz co or imprisionment etc. then what are the rights to my clients other than obliging the same of iraq court.

If client opposes and keeps quit, what kind of measures can the iraq court can take?

what are treaties between india and iraq regarding this?

how to save my client.
