Dear learned members of the bar,
kindly advise as to when will a MOU be legally enforceable before a court of law.
An MOU is executed between the partners regarding the operations of the firm and the amount expended by the partners.
Is it necessary to get attestation from NOTARY PUBLIC for making it legally enforceable in case of violation of the conditions or the clauses of such MOU ?.
