Lessor gave two floor on lease to lessee with a condition that lessee can sublet the floor with the consent of lessor. Experts opinion is sought FROM LESSOR  SIDE on the following points:

1. Whether Lessor will be the party in sub lease deed.
2. How to define rights of lessee and lessor?
3. In case lessee vacates his floor under possession, sub lease would automatically come to an end.
4. What precautions, lessor has to take before giving the consent for sublet.

Sir,

It absolutely depends on the terms, conditions and covenants of the original registerd lease deed between the leasor and lessee.

Dear Sir,

 

I need suggestions, I purchased a land which is 940 Sqft actual size, Whereas in Sale deed mentioned as 1000 Sq ft.

1 ) Do i need to rectify

2 ) How much will it cost

3) Will paper value go down

4) Will it create problem in future if i dont rectify now
