Legal advice for art & relief society formation

i am from kerala. we some youth in my area wish to start a club/ society for promoting ISLAMIC ARTS and wish to do somany RELIEF programs. fund for the relief is mainly planned to collect from art events. so to do all of these social activities what should we do.... to form what...? is it to be registered...? need legal help...
