We are currently donating money for education of poor children for the past 5 years. We want to establish a Trust now and do the donations in a legal way.
Kindly request your advise for the requisite forms that are to be submitted for registration of a Trust.
Also, the things to be taken care while registration, like,
1. Minimum no. of Trustees,
2. Capitalisation of funds, and how this needs to be maintained.
3. Defining scope of the Trust'
4. Minimum no. of members to decide a forum etc
As we are completly new, any help and advice would be of a great asset to us.
