And was wondering about internships. How easy is it to get a legal intern after year one in Law College ?
This internship will merely be to observe and understand how the a lawyer works.

you first need to decide as to what fields of you want to go through as in is it going to be litigation or corporate. then apply to different law firms regarding the same. by the way most of the people will reject your application for internship, so you need to take help from someone who is already in the field or your dad if he can arrange it at some place.

Hello, Greetings of the day!
In your first year of law school, you can apply at consumer forum, nhrc, etc. They get will give you an imternship as per your ability. Even at NGOs you will get good internship.
