The Children of the second and third wife may have a share in their father;s property purchased out  of his own earnings. they cannot be the co parceners to the ancestral property.

Under Sec 16 of the Hindu Marraige Act 1955 they are the illegitimate children.yet they have a right over the self acquired property of their father and also the share acquired from the ancestral property by their father.
