Leave and license

I would like to give a commercial Land at Hyderabad for rent under leave and License agreement. I have few issues for which need some clarifications from if possible.

1) Can i give Open commercial Land for rent Under Leave and License Agreement.

2) What is the Maximum period for which i can give the open land for rent  Under Leave and License Agreement. Was Thinking to give it for 10 Years

3)The Licensee may or may not make permanent Structure. Is it allowed Under Leave and License Agreement

1.  Open Commercial Land, can be given on "Leave & License" agreement, for any number of years.

2.  However, IF the Tenant constructs something on the same, THEN the land-owner will have to compensate it appropriately for the constructed unit, at the end of the tenancy agreement OR if the tenancy agreement is revoked earlier.  This can also be circumvented, by using appropriate clauses in the Tenancy agreement.
