Leave and License Agreement in respect of Agricultural land

I would like to know whether Leave & License Agreement can be executed in respect of an Agricultural land.

If yes, what is basic information required for execution of such Agreement.

Is there any problem with regard to possession under such Agreement with any law relating to Agricultural.
