Dear Mr. Prakash

If we have the procedure whereby an employee is entitled to  1 CL and 1.25 EL every month. If an employee has a leave balance of EL-60 and has availed EL-30 during the month of Dec. How can we manage the balance of EL during the next year from Jan - Dec. Is it correct to deduct his entitlement of EL during the month of january as per the law.
