Leave Management

Hi!

Can anyone guide me on Leave Management and when are the earning leaves to be calculated i.e. from Jan to Dec or From April to Mar. Can we calculate Leaves from April to Mar and provide employees in same manner.

Hi Trupti, I dunno whether we can calculate from April to March.. In my office we calculate from Jan - Dec.. It will be good if someone in this forum pour their suggestions.. Cheers, Sowmya

Dear Trupti It not mandotary on employer that it has to be like Jan to Dec or April to March. It varies from company to company. but many company's does April to March as it is benefacial for P & A to calculate at the time of encahment of leaves. thanks Prashant
