I work for a limited non banking finance company. with an pan india presence
we have around 100 plus branches all over india .Most of these branches rural areas/semi urban/urban they are under lease agreement for 3 years with landlords on different commercail terms.The lease agreements are not registered but notarised.
i request your valuble advice / suggestions that, are we following the compliance that is required to be followed by a limited /non banking finance company in respect to hiring our business premises ?if not what is the correct procedure to be followed ?
