Please some one help me to come out of hell. We have leased a house for Rs.3,00,000. for 3 years which is signed by house owner and myself.
We was in the Ist floor of the house and house owner resides in ground floor. We vacated the house after 1.5 years during the lease tenure following the disputes with house owner.
It has been clearly given in lease agreement that both party should have to inform 3 months prior to vacate.
Almost 7 months over and house owner is making delaying to repay the lease amount. I am in very much stress as the amount i paid for lease obtained by me for interest on loan from bank.
What should i do now.
