Dear Sir,
My grandfather passed away & three brothers including my father have sagrigated the land amongst them , but this has been done on simple stamp paper .
Now me and my brothers wana build house on this land as in sagrigation we just got land no house & the confusion of me & my brothers is :-
- Is the satmp paper document enough & my uncles won't have a claim in the house we build
- We are being told we will have to pay registration & stamp duty which will be as per valuation of land ,
- Do we have to follow any other guide lines to avoid future confusions
awaiting a reply as dad is already in native place
