Hello Dear Lawyers and Members,
Being a layman in Law...I want your suggestion and feedback.
If we send recommendation / request to Law commission to ammend or remove or change any section will that be heard?
If we want to say to ammend/change/remove anything from any IPC/CRPC section as a public what is the best way? should we contact law commission ie PV Reddy (2009-2012) or Minister of Law n Justice Mr. Salman Khurshid?
