I have a 2 1bhk flats side by side we made a door on common wall so that we can live as joint falmily. Socity took objection saying you cannot alter the wall it is structural risk we will sue you. And when i asked them for NOC for the same, they said pay the 25k amount we will give you. Now we have already paid the amount and its beed more than 1 month, when I went back to them asking for NOC thay said you winll not be given NOC, take your money back.
So is ther eany law saying if society has taken money and havent refunded within a month they must fulfil the intended work for which money was paid?
