Institute of Ethics Management

(A non-profit educational institute for upholding ethics and integrity)

Preamble:  The most important concerns for Governments, industries in private and public sector and professionals are issues related to value, ethics, sustainability and human rights. The need of the hour is to build our nation with transparent and accountable mechanism. A need for starting a non-profit educational institute for imparting unique education to students, executives and professionals was felt keeping in mind the present scenario in the world where ethics and values are being relegated to the background by business leaders, politicians and public servants. Elite business schools in India like IIM, etc. have recently started courses on ethics, sustainability and spirituality.  However, the Institute of Ethics Management does not intend to teach merely on morality or spirituality but offers practical solutions for applying ethics to the place of business or work.

Mission:  To teach ethics and values as a managerial subject to prevent fraud and irregularities and to improve managerial efficiency and enhance productivity.

Functions:  Institute of Ethics Management (i) conducts ethics programs for Government Departments, Public Sector Companies, Private Sector Companies, Banks, NGOs, etc. (ii) and offers consultancy services on Vigilance functions, fraud prevention and system improvement techniques for Corporate houses/NGOs/Banks, etc.
