HI all,
I am going to purchase a flat, where land conversion to bastu not yet done, currently it is showing as "Bagan" catagory. Application for conversion done in november 2011. at present promoter saying that land conversion is not possible since kolkata corporation sanctioned the plan and 3 storied building allready constructed hence it is not possible to get conversion from bagan to bastu. I am in trouble because for this document I am not able to get home Loan. I want to make it to bastu land, can anyone help me what is the way...? I am ready to pay the conversion fees even one more party ready to pay the conversion fees. Please help me. This is under Kolkata corporation area.
