I am selling my land to a promoter for which he is giving me two flats that will be constructed on that land. My question is, How this sell deed will be formed and what are the things that need to be written clearly in the deed? Because as of now I will not get anything at the time of registration of the land. The Promoter will give me the flats after four years. So what should be written in the deed so that I can get my flats smoothly after four years. Please advise me.
