A land revenue case is pending before the Session court, Bhopal during the course opposite party stated that they have sold out the land to another parties. When another parties were summoned they did not turn up before the court and court declared them Ex-parties. Now the question arises whether this party has a right to cross the witnesses who is not the owner of the land?
I presume who is not the owner of the land has no right to cross the witnesses. Please advise me the legal opinion on the same.
