Land registration

Dear sir,

 

I have registered a plot last month 1200 sq ft in near by town , It is a layout and after one month the developer changed the layout 

After change he has asked me to buy a bit of land around 300 sq ft adjoining my land . 

That land does not have any number . Can i go ahead in purchasing the land and join with the same land 

He has told me to do it so with the rectification deed .

 

Is that okay

if the plot is already regidtered in your name ,how developer can revise tne layout without your consent?

U r registred a Sale deed for your plot? After registration Sale Deed why chang the lay out plan? u ask your builder / developer for that? For, 300 sq ft adjoining  u registred a other Sale deed.
