Sir we are in possession of a grama natham land from 1957 ( Grandfather, Father and now myself). But we don't have any documents , except EB bill, ration card and thoraya patta. Now I want to write settlement document for the said land in my spouse name. Can you please let me know whether it can be done. Expecting your valuable suggestions and guidance on this. Thanks.

Sir,
You check revenue records of your land. Government records are very important for that so u contact your Tahshildar / Talati / Mamlatdar.

The Tahshildar has given us the thoraya patta. They gave this to all the people in my area recently. So can i write settlement document for the said land in my spouse name ? Thanks
