In 1980 my grand father purcahsed land of RS5000, in stamp paper they took all the signatures of land lord and other witness, We have that orginal stamp paper. After that we did not transfere that land to my grand father mena we did not done khata /PODE KHATA to my Grand father name. Now that land showing in some other names. We took all documents from revenue department, after we purchased that land owner Sons they did khata in there names and sold some one.
Now please can you tell me how we need to processed with law.
