Lal lakeer property no documents

Mei village ke ander lal lakeer ke under ki proprty vich 40 saal to reh reha hai.but now mere taya ji ke ladko ne documents meri tayi ji ke naam bnwa liye hain aur woh hme ghar se bahr niklne ko bol rhe hain.yeh property mere father sahib ne khridi si 40 saal pahele.per koi documents nhi banwaya.Aap btao mei hun kya kra..please help me.

if your father had purchased the property, how your uncles son have made documents in you aunt's name? anyways if you can prove you are living for 40 years, you may have a case. please engage an able counsel in your locality.
