I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO RIVER TO AN EXTENT OF 4 ACRES. AS PER GOVERNMENT NORMS HOW MANY METERS HAVE TO LEAVE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING.

Am a Law student from Hyderabad. One of my relatives is accused of SC/ST atrocites case. If the police arrest them. or contemplates to arrest them.

need to apply for anticipatory bail or Bail itself. so I want to know what are requirements to apply for anticipatory bail or Bail.

Hello all,

I want advise one man taking money Rs.25000/- from me for loan approvel but he cant approved the loan amount now he can't refund the money what can i do. because the amount given to him cash there is no proof only one proof that he given me a cheque of Rs.10000/- which already bounce.

Please suggest me what can i do now.
