L.L.P. practicing law

Can a n LLP which deals with legal and paralegal work have non lawyers as partners or even shareholders?

Vice versa; Can a lawyer be a partner of a LLP which essentially has non lawyers, but hires lawyers to provide legal and paralegal services?

Any information about the same would be deeply appreciated.

Regards...

LLP is a New Field and Mr Rakesh Kuamr appears to be correct ,

I  feel that Lawyers should wait at least  till the Bar Council of India gives some  guidelines in this regard .
