Jurisdiction rejected

Hi Team,

                   I My Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code application is rejected by District Court chandigarh . I am defendent residing in Panchkula . My movable property resides in chandigarh that are mostly banks which are already freezed . on the basis on just bank and trade they have rejected my application..

So my i need advice or any judgement who can help me out..
