Judge's Order and Appeal

Hi, This is the case of the property. One Mr.D had been forced to sign registered will by his work colleague ( who is a distant relative). As few days before his death there was another letter written that he doesn't want the registered will to be considered. He had written all his property to his servant.Mr. D died and so did his wife & daughter. The close relatives sold some property of Mr. D. These relatives & work colleague had an ongoing suit which very recentl had a consortium term. There was a caveat done by the servant which failed due to Judge dismissing outsider & insisting on a family memeber. Now, suit has been cancelled. a) Is there any website where Judge's Order can be seen? b) How long after Judge's Order can another new family memeber appeal in the same suit? Is there time frame until which order has to be challenged? c) What would be the Appeal's procedure ? d) If the next Judgement passed is for the new family member, how long before it gets converted to the probate petition? e) Is it possible for the new family memeber to also reach some kind of consortium term? If so, who gets the probate? Is it possible for more than 2 people to get probate? I will be glad if I can get some positive answers. Thanks
