Joint Settlement deed
My mother-in-law owns a plot of land with Ground floor building construction.Me and my husband wants to build a house by solely bearing the construction cost. My MIL wishes to make a settlement deed in the name of my husband and his elder brother. Is this possible?. In case of dispute at any later point of time, would this joint settlement cause any legal issues?. What I need to take care of while drafting the deed especially the contents as we are investing for the first floor.
